The Fall group exercise schedule is now available!

Are you bored with your same old exercise routine? Switch it up and come join us for one of our group exercise classes! Classes are open to all fitness levels, and modifications are made if you are just starting out! Come and join us for a good workout and a fun time!  We always change what we do in the classes so you won’t get bored! The group exercise schedule if available online (www.uc.pitt.edu go to the fitness section) and at the Fitness Center desk. We look forward to seeing you soon!

 

Just a friendly reminder to our Fitness Center members…in the winter months, please do not wear your outside shoes when using the exercise equipment.  The salt and water will damage our equipment.  Thank you!
